Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.

Heartland RADAC believes that the first step in recovery is education. The educational classes listed below are available to those directly affected by substance abuse and/or affected more indirectly by living in a family situation where substance use is present.

Support, Education and Awareness Series (SEAS)
An ongoing educational group that is offered to clients who are waiting to begin treatment services, or who may benefit from education about substance abuse.

How to Cope
A 7 session adult educational class designed for adult family, friends and loved ones of people dealing with addiction and substance use disorders. This educational experience offers emotional, social and physical alternative ways to cope with the fear and anxiety that can be experienced as a result of living with or being involved with someone who is abusing drugs and/or alcohol.
