  1. Heartland RADAC raises awareness and helps people affected by substance use disorder. For a list of specific programs and services we provide, visit our What We Do section.

  2. When you contact Heartland RADAC, our scheduling specialists will answer your questions as quickly as possible. They will also need your assistance in order to match you with the most appropriate counselor for your personal situation.

  3. If you choose to make a donation to further the work of Heartland RADAC, rest assured that your money will be put to good use. Donations are used to purchase items and services directly for our clients.

    We have a responsibility to our community and our donors and work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the agency. We make our IRS Form 990 available for review, as required by law. Visit our Financials page to learn more.

  4. Heartland RADAC takes our clients privacy seriously. Confidentiality requirements detailed in the following federal regulations are mandatory and required to be followed by every Heartland RADAC employee.

    Your protected health information (PHI) is mandated as confidential information by the following federal statutes:
    • Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records - 42 CFR, part 2
    • HIPPA rules and regulations
    • HITECH rules and regulations

    This policy has no exceptions. We do not sell or exchange your information with any other organizations, public, private or nonprofit.
